We are a part of a publicly traded Bank Holding Company, with regulatory supervision
provided by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the National Association
of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (NASDAQ), the Federal Reserve Bank of
San Francisco (FRB), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the State
of Nevada
The Bank Holdings is the only Nevada banking company able to offer full service
banking in both Nevada, through Nevada Security Bank (www.NevadaSecurityBank.com)
and California, through Silverado Bank (www.SilveradoBank.com), a division of Nevada
Security Bank. The Bank Holdings’ subsidiaries also include a qualified
intermediary company, Rocky Mountain 1031 Exchange (http://www.rm1031.com).
This company facilitates tax-deferred real estate transactions under Section 1031
of the Internal Revenue Code. Qualified intermediaries select the financial institution
in which the Exchangor’s funds are held that are to be used for the 1031 escrow
transaction. Such deposits may be held by Nevada Security Bank, Silverado Bank,
or other FDIC insured institutions.
The Bank Holdings, through its Banking subsidiaries also provides depository services
to 1031 Exchange companies that are not part of the holding company. The Bank Holdings
actively pursues relationships with professional facilitators and provides services
to Facilitators that do not utilize co-mingled funds.
